Ronan Barrett; LLB, ACA, AITI
Ronan has over twelve years of Investment experience.
He graduated from Queens University, Belfast with an LLB degree in Law and Accounting. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and the Institute of Taxation in Ireland.
He has led property development, private equity, debt structuring and interim management projects on behalf of a wide range of clients.
He has led and implemented "Work-out", Debt restructuring and interim management projects for equity investors, Banks and other key Stakeholders.
He was an Associate Director in Bank of Ireland Private Banking where he served on the Real Estate Investment Committee, lead the structuring of various cross-border property investments in Europe, Asia and the U.S and developed and implemented an alternative Private Equity and Infrastructure investment strategy.
Prior to Bank of Ireland Ronan worked in the Tax Divisions of Andersen and KPMG where he was involved in various corporate restructuring and private equity transactions, Management Buy Out, Leveraged Buy Out and property transactions.
